Welcome to Goalden League! This Terms of Service (“Terms”) governs your access to and use of the Goalden League game, related websites, services, and content provided by games & leaves GmbH, located in Munich, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “games & leaves”).

Please carefully read the following Terms, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and games & leaves GmbH regarding your use of Goalden League and any associated services. By accessing or using Goalden League, you agree to these Terms.

4. In-Game Purchases
Goalden League may include virtual goods, currency, or other items for purchase (“In-Game Purchases”). These virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money or traded outside of the game.

- Refunds: All In-Game Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Code of Conduct
We are committed to ensuring a positive and respectful gaming environment. You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized software.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.
- Posting harmful or offensive content, including racist, sexist, or discriminatory language.

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in penalties, including suspension or termination of your account.

‍You may have the opportunity to submit content (e.g., player names, custom designs) within Goalden League. By submitting such content, you grant games & leaves a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content within the game and related services.

- Ownership: You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us the rights necessary to operate the game.

7. Updates and Modifications
‍We may update, modify, or discontinue the game, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from such changes.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account, or your access to Goalden League, at our sole discretion, for violation of these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated virtual goods.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Goalden League is provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, games & leaves GmbH disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall games & leaves GmbH be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or use, arising from your use of Goalden League.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of Goalden League are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or Goalden League shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Munich, Germany.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the game or by other means. Your continued use of the game following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
